STRATEGIES
The Alliance aims to achieve its goal through four interrelated strategies:
  1. Linking two existing schools–one in New York City and one in London–in a twinning arrangement in order to create a catalyst and a resource for transforming existing schools in the wider work of the TSIA;

  2. Linking two newly created schools, one in London and one in New York City to foster bolder and more innovative approaches to school and system reinvention;

  3. Using a knowledge management platform to create a space for learning, planning, and shared best practice that can become a virtual school of Alliance members as well as create a wider international network of participating schools; and

  4. Exploring the implications of the Alliance's learnings and products for systems of schools and for educational policy.
