The Providence Children and Youth Cabinet (CYC), a cross-sector coalition currently housed at of 150 members and 60 children- and youth-serving organizations, will stage a “Welcome Back Rally” (#CYClistened) for its members and the community.
The CYC was founded in 2010 to ensure that all Providence children and youth will have access to a coordinated, collaborative, integrated system of educational, social, physical, and behavioral health services from cradle to career. CYC has recently refined its priorities to reflect community input, needs, and shared goals. At the rally, CYC leaders will outline the organization’s revised approach and rationale for the shifts in focus.
