Research Program Associate/Sr. Research Program Associate

The Research Program Associate/Senior Research Associate takes the lead in developing and leading key research analysis projects. This position requires independent work as well as collaboration with Annenberg’s project teams. The Research Program Associate/Senior Research Associate leads data collection and analysis efforts, develops project models, writes and/or proofreads academic papers, reports, presentations, and grant reporting. Major responsibilities include guiding, designing, and implementation research policy analysis with one or more projects; supporting Annenberg's Faculty Director and affiliates in writing, proofreading and editing academic papers, presentations, and grant reporting; collaborating with research teams to develop models for projects.

Education and Experience for Research Program Associate

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, economics or related social science fields and 2-3 years of research experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A strong quantitative background
  • Experience in Stata, Python, and R to analyze data using economic tools
  • Strong Interest in education research
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team

Education and Experience for Senior Research Program Associate

  • PhD and 2-3 years of research experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A strong quantitative background
  • Experience in Stata, Python, and R to analyze data using economic tools
  • Strong Interest in education research
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
