Hannah Carter is a Research Project Manager at Annenberg Institute at Brown University where she works on projects related to Rhode Island's Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) grant and teacher preparation practices. Before joining Annenberg, she was a Research Analyst at the Tennessee Department of Education where she managed several statewide surveys and studied the effectiveness of math curriculum and postsecondary initiatives. Prior to that, Hannah spent six years as a high school mathematics teacher, girls' basketball coach, and outdoor educator.
Hannah holds a M.P.P. in Education Policy from Vanderbilt University's Peabody College and a B.S. in Political Science from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
