Molly is a Research Project Manager at the Annenberg Institute at Brown University where she leads the Research Partnership for Professional Learning (RPPL). Prior to joining Annenberg, she led strategic initiatives for a high performing charter network in Denver, focused on developing an Apprentice Teacher Program to overcome teacher shortages and improving the effectiveness of the Home Office in support of their 15 schools. Prior to this work, she served as a project manager in the Office of Accountability and Data Analysis at the Colorado Department of Education.
Molly holds a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from The Broad Center (now at the Yale School of Management), a M.A. in Urban Education Policy from Brown University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
