Young Entrepreneurs of Providence (YEP)

Brown EP

YEP! is an eight-week long after-school innovation accelerator hosted by Brown University students, faculty, and visiting experts. This is a completely free series of classes, workshops, and hands-on activities that will provide Providence high school students, with the tools they need to be an entrepreneur.

Every Thursday from 4-6:00pm, students will have the opportunity to hear from entrepreneurs and professors from a range of fields including design thinking, business modeling, marketing, and pitching. Students will work in teams and apply these lessons to entrepreneurial projects under the direction of Brown faculty and student mentors. Food and textbooks will be provided for the students accepted into the program.

The application is due Wednesday, February 12th at midnight. There are 20 spots, and applicants will be notified if they are accepted by Wednesday, February 19th.
